At Ushm, we take pride in delivering your gifts with utmost care and love. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help.
Returns are accepted only under the following condition:
The glass item(s) or candle(s) in your order are received broken or damaged.
To be eligible for a return:
You must share a video recording of the unboxing process clearly showing the damaged product(s) from the moment the package is opened.
The video must be unedited and continuous from the start of unboxing until the damage is clearly visible.
The return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
There is no video proof of unboxing.
The product is used or tampered with.
The return request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
